Where is my order shipped from?
All San Ré merchandise is printed and fulfilled by TPOP, our sustainable, EU-based print-on-demand partner. Products ship from France or Belgium, depending on your order.
How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery times range from 3–10 business days in Europe, and 7–14 days internationally. Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing.
What if I need to return or exchange something?
Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll work with TPOP to resolve the issue. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and reason.
Where can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t get one, contact us and we’ll help.
Are your shirts really sustainable?
Yes. All apparel is made from certified organic cotton, printed using eco-certified inks, and shipped in zero plastic packaging. TPOP operates with low-impact, on-demand manufacturing — no stock, no overproduction.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide shipping is available. Customs fees may apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the buyer.

San Ré merchandise is produced and shipped by TPOP, a trusted partner based in the EU. We manage creative and customer service; they manage printing and delivery.
